- Add sour milk(nono) and cover in a warm place and allow it 2 ferment for 6hrs.
- Add potash water and sugar to taste.
- Fry on a non stick pan aftet greasing wt oil,do not flip over,sinasir cooks on 1 side only.Just cover while cooking and flame should be low.
