- Soak d rice fr an hour, strain n grind to a batter,dissolve d yeast in warm water n add to d batter,stir n allow to rise completely,add sugar n salt,mix n fry under medium heat.
- Allow to cool new dice d sinasir
- In a saucepan, add d butter n chopped garlic n onions fr a minute, add d tomatoes, peppers, seasoning,curry leaves n saute fr 5mins,add d diced sinasir n continue to stir for 5 mins. Lastly add d diced cocumber n scallion n simmer for1 min.
- Enjoy while it’s hot.
