  2. Wash the sukumbiya fish and suck inside the flour,then fry and put aside
  3. Chop the green pepper,red pepper and onions
  4. Break the eggs into a bowl and keep aside

  6. Put on frying pan with a little vegetable oil and pour the green pepper,red pepper and the onions then fry.
  7. Add the fried fish,add garlic,complete seasoning,maggi,onga and salt into it.
  8. Mix the stew with the pounded yam and stir well.
  9. Put on your frying pan with vegetable oil on fire
  10. Mix the bread crumbs with flour
  11. Dip the yam balls inside the egg then inside mixed bread crumbs and flour
