Noodles and omelette is one of the most popular of current trending meals in the world. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It is enjoyed by millions every day. Noodles and omelette is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They are nice and they look wonderful.
I created this for my kids. It's very quick to make and they love it. The cheese can be optional, I have made this without cheese. My husband loves to add mushrooms, tomatoes & onions to this for himself but the kids don't.
To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have noodles and omelette using 9 ingredients and 15 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.
The ingredients needed to make Noodles and omelette:
- Take 2 pack (100 g) indomie noodles
- Take Sausage (diced) (I used the one populary called hot dogs)
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon grounded crayfish
- Get Diced onion
- Make ready Diced pepper
- Prepare 3 eggs
- Get Hot water
- Make ready Vegetable oil
- Get seosoning
Naturally a noodle omelette is made from noodles - and ramen were the easiest so far. I'm happy to say virtually any type of noodle works, however. Whatever you have to hand - just throw it in water and follow the packet instructions. As a final note: our new ebook, Breakfast in Six is out!
Instructions to make Noodles and omelette:
- Remove the noodles from sachet and put in a bowl
- Pour hot water over it and leave to sit for 5mins and drain out the water with a colander
- Put a pot or pan on fire
- Drizzle vegetable oil on it about 2 teaspoon
- Throw in the the dice onions,pepper and sausage and stir fry.
- Add in the noodles and it's seasoning and the crayfish
- Add a table spoon of water to let it cook and leave to cook for five mins while stirring.
- When it's done, bring it down from the fire
- For the omelette.. Dice onion andpepper…u can add more veggies
- Break in the eggs in a bowl add little salt to it and whisk
- Put pan on fire and drizzle a little oil on it
- Put your diced veggies and stir fry
- Pour in your beaten eggs
- Leave it to cook for 2mins and flip the other side and leave to cook for another 2mins
- Your noodle and egg omelette is ready
