- Par boil the noodles,drain and set aside
- Put wok or pan on fire, add vegetable oil, allow to heat, add the sliced onions, tomatoes and pepper and stir fry for some minutes.
- Add the diced beef (hot dog),and stir continuously for 3 minutes.
- Add the carrot and green pepper, stir,add the maggi from the noodles pack and some extra cubes if needed and stir generously.
- Then pour in the par boiled noodles and stir evenly. Making sure all ingredients merge well.cover for few seconds and stir continuously again.

Garnish with toasted sesame seeds to enhance the nutty flavor of the dish. Leave out the roasted Szechuan peppercorn from the sauce and serve as a condiment on the side or sprinkle over the noodles as a garnish. To turn this into a vegetarian main dish, add an assortment of raw vegetables, such as mung bean sprouts and sliced carrot and/or. Add noodles, fish sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper and brown sugar, stirring quickly so that noodles do not stick together. Stir in bean sprouts, green onion and peanuts.
