  3. Take 1/2 cup milk
  4. Take 2-3 tbsp maida/All purpose flour
  5. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Prepare To taste Salt
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Get 2-3 tbsp grated cheese
  9. Get 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  10. Get 1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds

Boil the lobia, then make the besan gravy and mix the cooked lobia in the gravy.   2. Now In a bottom pan add butter, as it melts add jeera then add maida, ginger garlic paste mix them together saute it for 2min then slowly add milk stir it continuously while adding milk on low flame for 5min. Then add grated cheese and pav bhaji masala mix them all together.
  3. Now add chawli and Panner diced into the gravy stir it for 2min if required add little water. Then add black pepper.
  4. After 5min turn off the gas. Garnish with corriender leaves and serve hot with roti.
  5. Note:- pav bhaji masala is optional to jz add flavour into the gravy. (it's quarantine bcoz there is alot of shortage of vegetables in market. And this are basic products which are available in everyone's home.)
