  1. In a large bowl, mix baisan, spices, and add water gradually to make a smooth batter. It should not be too thick, nor too thin. Add zeera.

  3. To batter, add sliced brinjal. Coat nicely. Fry in hot oil. When golden, remove and keep aside.
  4. Then add sliced potato. Coat evenly and fry. Remove and keep aside.
  5. Then add onions, tomato, coriander, and green chillies. Mix well. Fry. Remove and keep aside.
  6. Arrange all in platter and serve.
