  13. Prepare 1 cup Tomato puree
  14. Get 1 tbsp tikka masala,
  15. Make ready 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
  16. Get 1 /2 Tsp salt
  17. Get 2 Tbsp cornflour
  18. Make ready For Rice
  19. Take 3 glass Rice
  20. Get 3 Tbsp oil
  21. Take 1 small onion chopped
  22. Make ready 1 Tbsp zeera -saunf powder
  23. Make ready 1 Tbsp salt
  24. Get 1 Tbsp garam masala powder

Steps to make Tikka Rice Platter:
  1. Add ginger and garlic paste in yogurt and mix well.
  2. Add meat tenderizer,tikka masla in above mixture..
  3. Pour this yoghurt mixture in mutton bowl and let it marinate for 4-5 hours.
  4. Saute the capsicum and onions (juliene cut) and set aside for later use.
  5. In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and cook 1cup tomato puree in it
  6. When water dries out, add 1 tbsp tikka masala, 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder and 1 /2 Tsp salt in it.
  7. Add 2 tbsp corn flour in 1/3cup water and add it in puree with constant stirring.
  8. Now add marinted and tender meat in it.Simmer for 5-10 mins.
  9. Mutton tikka gravy is ready set aside.
  10. For Rice: Add 3 Tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 chopped onion in it
  11. Saute the onions and add 1 Tbsp zeera-saunf powder, salt, garam masla and cook.
  12. Once cooked…add 5 glass water for 3 glass rice.
  13. When water begins to boil add soaked rice in it and cook tikk water dries out.
  14. Simmer it for 10 mins at low flame.
  15. In serving bowl, add first layer of rice..on top of it add saute vegies. And lastly with mutton tikka gravy.
  16. Garnish it with mayo garlic sauce and serve.

Transfer it to a serving dish and serve with chicken dish.
