- In a bowl add all dry ingredients(flour,semovita,sugar,baking powder,baking soda)
- In another bowl add beaten egg,oil,yoghurt and mix well
- Add the mixture into the dry ingredient and mix well,add vanilla flavor,grated coconut,vineger and mix again
- Pour in to baking tray and bake @180 C for 15 minutes.
- Used a Thooth pick when it comes out clean it’s done.ENJOY
