  1. Wash chicken and drain water completely chicken pieces should be dry before marination.

Blend 5 tbsp yogurt 2 tbsp brown onion half cup corrainder leaves and 2 to 3 green chillies together mix in one part of chicken add 1 tbsp zeera powder quarter tsp mace and nutmeg powder salt to tate half tsp poppy seeds paste 1 tsp garam masala powder and pinch of green colors 2 tbsp Oil marinate for an hour give coal smoke place on stick and bake in oven.

Take half cup yogurt add 2 tbsp brown onion 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch pinch of red food colour salt quarer tsp nutmeg and mace powder 1 tbsp zeera powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp poppy seeds paste 3 tbsp #soyasupremeoil mix in chicken put in skewer give coal smoke and bake.
  6. For White Malai Tikka - - In chicken add 4tbsp yogurt 4 tbsp cream 1 tsp zeera powder half tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp poppy seeds paste 1 tbsp white pepper 2 tbsp chopped green chillies 2 tbsp oil mix gently give coal smoke and bake.
  7. Grease baking pan with 1 tbsp oil put skewers and put in oven bake until done
  8. Baking time and tips - - ➡ bake at 200 degree for first 15 min (chicken pani choryega but dry hojyega) - ➡ then turn at 180 for more 15 min hardly takes 30 min to bake completely if water is still their then rise temp again - ➡at the end grilled from both side for 5 min (grill low falme pe kejyega otherwise colour kharab hojyengay) - ➡ if poppy seeds are not available then leave it (it effect texture little) - you can alsi grill it and cook on pot too te
