  1. Get For Meduvada-
  2. Take 2 cups urad dal
  3. Prepare 3 green chillies
  4. Make ready 4-5 curry leaves
  5. Make ready 1/2 pc ginger
  6. Take 1 tbsp fresh coconut chopped
  7. Take 1 tsp salt
  8. Take as required Oil for frying

  2. Now take oil in a kadai and heat it. Take a leaf (little big). Wet your hand and take a portion of the batter and place it on the leaf and make a small hole in the center of the batter and then drop it in the hot oil slowly (take care while putting it in the oil).
  3. Now fry in on both sides from medium to high flame. When it gets golden brown in colour, remove it on to a kitchen towel or tissue paper. Serve it with sambhar and chutney
