- Pour coconut oil into the pan,put crushed mixture and saute it for 1-2 min then put dry powders in it,then put putted tomatoes,when it get mushy put tamarind puree and salt as per taste,then put fish in it and cook it
- Then season in it with fenugreek seeds and crushed garlic cloves & curry leaves.
- Serve it with white rice,Papads etc
