- Knead a soft dough with flour salt and ghee
- Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies
- Add the Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft
- As the Potato is soft add sugar,mix well and keep aside
- Now take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape
- Put the peas filling in it and roll into round shape
- Heat a pan add ghee and shallow fry the parathas
- Serve it is ready.
