  5. Use a spoon, cut the egusi mixture into small portion and add to the pot, do not stir after putting, cover and allow to dissolve. After 10-15mins, if the egusi has dissolved, add the crayfish and washed pumpkin leaves. Stir together. Taste for seasoning, add if necessary.
  6. Your Egusi soup is ready to be eaten with any swallow of your choice. Enjoy!!!
