- For it's tempering, in a tempering pan, add a tablespoon of oil, cumin seeds, 2 dry red chillies and dry fenugreek leaves and allow it to crackle and pour it into mashed potato and mix it well.
- Your khichdi platter is ready to serve.
- Serve it with curd, pickles, fritters and mashed potato mix.
