- U add in ur ponmo,beef/chicken,smoked fish,stock if required then stir and taste to check if seasoning cube is still required bcus egusi can be funny if d taste is still tasteless then add seasoning cube and a pinch of salt cover to steam up and add your ugwu leaves and leave for few minutes it ready to eat
