  5. Pour the paste on the bitterleaf allow to boil for 20 min,add pumpkin leaf then stir everything together.Turn off heat.
  6. Wash and chop onion thinly.Get a pan place on heat add palm oil,onion,pepper,akpaka and little water then salt.
  7. Allow to heat for 5 min.Then pour sauce into the first pot stir the ingredient together correctly.
  8. Maize meal and pigeon beans is ready.So delicious local meal is very nutritious.
