  3. Get 2 bags mixed salad
  4. Get 1 bell pepper
  5. Prepare 1/2 onions
  6. Prepare 2 cloves garlics minced
  7. Prepare 1 lime or lemon juiced
  8. Take 1 handful parsley
  9. Take 1 handful nuts

After it is cooked, allow it to cool completely. Then, transfer the quinoa into freezer storage bags or meal prep containers. Frozen quinoa will keep well for up to three months. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  1. The night before: fry onions and bell peppers till soft, add garlics. Stir fry a min or two. Add seafood and cook for 5 min. Season with salt, pepper, lime/lemon juice and parsley. Add a pinch of chilli pepper.Cook till all the seafood are no longer raw.
  2. Mix salad, quinoa, seafood mixtures with its juice and nuts. Serve!
