One-pot wholesome meal, this Quinoa Khichdi is a healthier spin on traditional Indian khichdi. Made with quinoa and lentils, this khichdi is lightly spiced and One-pot meals are my favorite! It is one of the prime reasons I love the instant pot so much. I hate cleaning dishes, I really do so if I can make.

Instructions to make Khichdi (One Pot Meal):
  1. In a cooker add ghee and jeera to it.
  2. Add in chopped onion, tomato and saute.
  3. Add in turmeric,paprika, coriander powder and mix well.
  4. Add in some water and diced potato.
  5. Add in shezwan chuttney(optional).
  6. Add in washed rice and lentils.
  7. Add salt as per taste.
  8. Add in water as required and let cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
  9. Ready to serve hot with pickle, salad, papad or just squeeze lemon all over on top.

It is one of the prime reasons I love the instant pot so much. I hate cleaning dishes, I really do so if I can make.
