  3. Once it’s done open the lid fry well using a wooden spoon fry till oil separates then add the chopped kulfa drained well out of water then add only a cup of water stirr for three minutes then again cover the lid till two to three whistles
  4. Then lastly open it and sauté till the water is absorbed then let the oil set on the layer it’s ready to serve
  5. Enjoy with family with chapati or rice ether !!!!!!
