  8. Prepare 1 tsp oil
  9. Prepare 1/4 tsp mustard seeds

  13. Get 3-4 curry leaves

  1. Soak dry red chilli in water for 15-20 mins
  2. In a mixer, jar add soaked chilli, onion tamarind salt and jaggery powder make a smooth paste
  3. Heat a pan add oil, cumin seeds, mustard seed, hing, curry leaves & urad dal. Cook for a minute
  4. Add the pasta to it add black salt and cook until chutney leaves the sides or oil leaves the sides of the pan.
  5. Serve chutney with dosa, rice or chapati.
