- Soak moth beans for 7-8 hours or over night. Wash rice & drain out water.
- Make smooth paste from ingredients.
- In a pressure pan heat ghee, add all whole spices and saute for few seconds then add green paste and saute for while.
- Now add soaked and washed moth bean, rice and mix carefully with light hand. Add 3 cups of water, salt and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
- Serve hot with curd and papad.
