- Heat the pan and add 2 tsp of oil
- Add chopped onions, green chillies, fry for 2 to 3 minutes and add ginger garlic paste and saute for another 2 minutes and add methi, spring onions and saute for another 5 minutes and add kheema to it and let it boil for 5 minutes
- Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt.after few minutes add garam masala and cook it until the oil oozes out.
- Cut the top of the bell pepper and clean it inside and stuff this kheema into it and heat it in oven for 1 or 2 minutes.Take care that bell pepper should not get cooked over as it might fall off. So check it in between.
- Remove from oven and add grated cheese to it and heat it again in the oven for 20 seconds
