  2. Boil fish with onion,salt and Maggi for 3mins.
  3. Bring out the fish and add more water to the stock.
  4. Pour in palmoil and boil very well.
  5. As is boiling add all the ingredients:Maggi,pepper,Crayfish and salt.
  6. Boil for another 2mins.add the fish and wait for 1min then pour in the uziza.
  7. Soup is ready..boil water pour in garri.
  8. Turn with a wooden spoon and serve with soup.
