  1. On a bowl mix flour, sugar and salt
  2. Add cooking oil to the mixture and rub in until you achieve a sand like mixture

  5. Cover and let it rest for one hour
  6. Cut it into sizeable balls
  7. Roll and fry on low heat till cooked
  8. Cook till your achieve golden brown colour
  9. Serve with any stew
