  1. Make ready 4 chapati (leftover or fresh)
  2. Take 1/2 cup besan/gram flour
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup rice flour
  4. Prepare 6-7 green chilli pasta
  5. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp seesam seeds
  8. Take 1 tbsp tarmarind water
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp jaggery water

Steps to make Chapati Wadi:
  1. Take bowl add all ingredients like besan,rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, tarmarind water, jaggery water, salt and add little water mix it well.
  2. Now take one chapati spread besan paste and keep another chapati and again spread besan paste and roll it.
  3. Keep on steam plate and give steamer for 15 minutes
  4. After 15 minutes cut in pieces and do shallow fry.
  5. For shallow take pan add 1 tsp oil then add some mustard seeds, sessam seeds coriander leaves and curry leaves. do shallow fry till crispy.
  6. Your chapati wadi is ready to serve
