- Take lady's finger wash, drain and chopped them.
- Now take a kadhai and add oil to it.when oil gets heat then add Mustard seeds.
- Allow Mustard seeds to crackle then add cummin seeds, asafoetida followed by chopped lady's finger.
- Now add turmeric powder and salt to it.
- Cook at slow flame untill it become soft.
- Now add chopped tomato and crushed garlic then mix well and allow to bhindi become crispy.
- Now add Red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.
- Now cook for 5 minutes and serve with chapati and buttermilk.
