- Soak moonge dal into hot water for 2 hours. Then boil for 3 minutes. Drain water and let it cool. Make coarse paste.
- In a bowl add semolina, salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder,hing. Mix well. Adding water make a tight dough.
- In a bowl add beans and carrot. Add moonge dal paste. Add salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder. Mix well.
- Make small semolina balls. Flatten it and stuff with dal mixture. Roll add brushing water close it. Close ends.
- Let boil water. Add rolls and boil for 10 minutes. Put in a plate. Let it cool. Then cut and serve.
