  4. Take 1 tbsp crushed cumin seeds
  5. Get 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
  7. Make ready Thin julienne slices of Ginger
  8. Prepare 4-5 green chillies
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  10. Take 1 cup oil

Steps to make Mutton Brown:
  1. Take pressure cooker add mutton, ginger garlic paste, salt and water as required. Cook till tender
  2. Drain mutton stock if left.
  3. Take a pan add oil and fry the mutton.
  4. Take another pan add 2 tbsp oil in it then add fried mutton,crushed black pepper,cumin seeds, coriander seeds, ginger slices, green chillies and lemon juice.
