  3. Check the consistency of a batter if required add little bit water. Add enough,/ Baking soda in all portions equally and mix it.
  4. Boil water around 1 glass in a pressure cooker, remove whistle of cooker. Grease the plates with oil and put batter in it - first orange batter, next white and lastly green batter. Do with care. Steam for 10-12 minutes. - Now off the flame remove plates outside, let it cool down. Remove Idlis out.
  5. Tri Colour Idli is ready.
