  1. Prepare 1/2 kg Bhaingan

Steps to make Bhaingan Aloo Gravy:

  3. Now prepare masala cut roughly onion,tomato and garlic add 2cup water in pressure add all ingredients and keep on stove for one whistle
  4. After releasing whistle remove lid and cook it while this time add salt,red chilli,turmeric and oil and bonify very well untill oil comes out
  5. At this time add potato stir it and add bhaingan and stir it too
  6. While stirring spoon add remaining masala coriander powder,zeera,and knorr, garam masala cook it for 2-3m then add water as required
  7. Now cook it on low flame or pressure cooker untill both veggies will be tenderize after tenderize set it's gravy according to your wish
  8. Garnish with fresh Coriander and enjoy with zeera rice
