The ingredients needed to make Bhaingan Aloo Gravy:
  1. Take 1/2 kg Bhaingan
  2. Take 1/2 kg Potatoes

  4. Make ready 2 Small onion

  6. Prepare to taste Salt
  7. Prepare 1 tbls red chilli
  8. Make ready 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder

  11. Get 1 tsp zeera powder
  12. Make ready 1 tsp chicken powder/ half knorr (opt)
  13. Get Water as required

  2. Cut all ingredients potato and bhaingan should be cut in water (other wise they changed their color)
  3. Now prepare masala cut roughly onion,tomato and garlic add 2cup water in pressure add all ingredients and keep on stove for one whistle
  4. After releasing whistle remove lid and cook it while this time add salt,red chilli,turmeric and oil and bonify very well untill oil comes out
  5. At this time add potato stir it and add bhaingan and stir it too
  6. While stirring spoon add remaining masala coriander powder,zeera,and knorr, garam masala cook it for 2-3m then add water as required
  7. Now cook it on low flame or pressure cooker untill both veggies will be tenderize after tenderize set it's gravy according to your wish
  8. Garnish with fresh Coriander and enjoy with zeera rice
