- Prepare 1cup- Soya chunks
- Take 2 - Onion
- Get 1 -Tomatoes

Steps to make Soya Kaju Gravy:
- Take a pan add ghee heat it add cashews fry it upto brown and take a container add water boil it & after that add soya chunk leave it for 10min. It will be soak & it get boiled or cooked.
- Take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds green chilli, onion,ginger garlic,tomato 5 to 6 kaju fry it well and after cool down grand it in fine paste.
- Next take a pan add ghee heat it add Cumin seeds, granded paste fry it for 5 min after that add red chilli powder, Cumin coriander powder,sugar,salt,turmeric powder, garam masala powder, Kasuri Methi fry it & mix it well. After that add fried cashew/kaju boiled soya chunk mix it.
- Next after mixing Boil it well for 5min. Serve it hot with chapati or rice.
Soya Chunks is tasteless and has. Soya Chaap is enriched with protein and is yummy as well. We find many roadside stalls around us serving soya chaap and other variants of chaap. This gravy is my version of a Chinese takeaway soya gravy. After much experimenting where a lot of pans of 'soya gravy' ended up down the sink I came up with this recipe.
