The ingredients needed to make Soya Kaju Gravy:
  1. Get 1cup- Soya chunks
  2. Prepare 2 - Onion
  3. Prepare 1 -Tomatoes
  4. Get 1tsp -Ginger garlic paste
  5. Get 1 –Green chilli
  6. Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  7. Take 1tsp -Cumin coriander powder
  8. Take 1tsp -Turmeric powder
  9. Take 1 tsp- Sugar
  10. Take 1tsp- garam masala

  12. Make ready 2tsp - Ghee
  13. Get 1/2cup- Kaju or cashews

Instructions to make Soya Kaju Gravy:
  1. Take a pan add ghee heat it add cashews fry it upto brown and take a container add water boil it & after that add soya chunk leave it for 10min. It will be soak & it get boiled or cooked.
  2. Take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds green chilli, onion,ginger garlic,tomato 5 to 6 kaju fry it well and after cool down grand it in fine paste.
  3. Next take a pan add ghee heat it add Cumin seeds, granded paste fry it for 5 min after that add red chilli powder, Cumin coriander powder,sugar,salt,turmeric powder, garam masala powder, Kasuri Methi fry it & mix it well. After that add fried cashew/kaju boiled soya chunk mix it.
  4. Next after mixing Boil it well for 5min. Serve it hot with chapati or rice.
