Steps to make Full gravy idli fry:
- First of all, clean and soak rice urad dal, chana dal and fenugreek seeds for 3 to 4 hours.
- Now clean all these ingredients and make a smooth paste in the grinder.
- Now put all these ingredients in a big pot and mix for 5 to 10 minutes, then keep the lid in the heat for 6 to 7 hours so that the yeast comes out
- Garnish with a little ghee in an Italian vessel and then put the batter on the gas and keep it on a plate when the Italy is cooked.
- To fry, heat ghee in the pan, add mustard seeds, chopped onion, when the onion is done, add spices and tomatoes and brown it, add a little water to poverty and cook
- When the gravy is ready, then cut the idli and put it in the gravy, add salt as per the requirement, now serve for eating
