The ingredients needed to make Bell Pepper Gravy:

  2. Prepare 4 tbsp Fried peanuts

Instructions to make Bell Pepper Gravy:
  1. Cut bell pepper into small pieces and fry it by adding two drops of oil and 1/2 tsp salt to kadai and keep aside.
  2. Grind the ingredients into a smooth paste.
  3. Next grind the fried peanuts into a fine powder.
  4. Heat kadai. Pour oil and add cumin seeds. Then add grinded paste to kadai.
  5. Pour little water and allow to boil. Then add turmeric,red chilli, coriander powder and needed salt.
  6. Now add grinded peanuts to it.
  7. Finally add fried bell pepper to kadai and allow to cook until it boils. And spread with coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti, poori.
