- Pour the pluffy batter in greased plate/ thali. Sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, cumin seeds
- Sprinkle coriander leaves. Put the plate in pre heated steamer. Close the lid put the flame Medium -high flame.
- Steam it for 15 min. Off the gas and let it get cool.
- Take it out from the vessel and put cut by knife. Sprinkle ground nut oil on whole Dhokla.
