  1. In a bowl, add barley flour, whole wheat flour and water. Knead the dough well. Cover and keep it aside. (Rest the dough for 5-10 mins)
  2. Now divide the dough into small balls. Dust little flour and roll into chapati. Flatten it using rolling pin.
  3. Heat a pan or tawa. Place the rolled chapati. Flip and Roast from both sides, until it gets brown dark spots. Take out the chapati.(Apply ghee when it's hot)
  4. Serve warm chapati with any sabji, chutney or curd.
