  4. Prepare 2 cups water
  5. Make ready 2 tbps active dry yeast
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp sugar
  7. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  8. Get 2 tbps vegetable oil

  11. Prepare 2 large onions finely chopped
  12. Get 3 large tomatoes finely diced

  6. Directions for the filling - - in a bowl, mix the meat, onion,tomato,chilli seasoning, and the spices, black pepper and salt, mixing well together

  8. Divide the dough, into two equal portions. With a rolling pin, begin to roll the dough flat.
  9. Heat a non-stick pan. Place the filling on top of the flattened dough. Then place on the pan, until the dough becomes golden in colour
  10. Remove the dough and place on a tray. Place the tray in the oven, to cook the top
  11. Repeat the steps until all dough has been used up
