  1. Soak ur rice for about an hour,blend till soft.

  3. Cover the mixture and leave in a warm place to rise (I usually placed mine inside the oven it will rise within some minutes)
  4. In a clean bowl,add ur boiled shredded chicken and ur grated scotch bonnets together with d grated onion add the seasonings,mix everything,cover ND set aside.
  5. Set ur masa pan (tanda) on fire add little oil scoop half of ur spoon and put in the pan
  6. After then add the shredded chicken fillings
  7. Add another scoop of rice mixture,and wait till golden brown before u flip to d other side
  8. Do thesame to d remaining mixture till u're done!
  9. Enjoy with vegetable soup,egusi soup,peppersoup or any soup of choice,bon appeito!!!
