- Soak ur rice for about an hour,blend till soft.
- In a bowl add the rice mixture,add ur sugar,baking powder,yeast and mix thoroughly until well corporated
- Cover the mixture and leave in a warm place to rise (I usually placed mine inside the oven it will rise within some minutes)
- In a clean bowl,add ur boiled shredded chicken and ur grated scotch bonnets together with d grated onion add the seasonings,mix everything,cover ND set aside.
- Set ur masa pan (tanda) on fire add little oil scoop half of ur spoon and put in the pan
- After then add the shredded chicken fillings
- Add another scoop of rice mixture,and wait till golden brown before u flip to d other side
- Do thesame to d remaining mixture till u're done!
- Enjoy with vegetable soup,egusi soup,peppersoup or any soup of choice,bon appeito!!!
