  3. Add the grated potato, garlic powder, Olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Combine the mixture well.
  4. Add in the all purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder and combine the well with the potato mixture and make a smooth dough. Cover the dough and set aside for 10-15 mins.
  5. Divide the dough into 3-4 portions and roll them into a ball.
  6. Place the dough in the greased baking tray and flatten them with your fingers. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and chilli flakes over the bread.
  7. Preheat oven @180° for 10 mins. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 25 mins.
