- Heat oil in a pan and fry them till golden brown drain and set aside
- In a wok add butter add chopped onions and garlic and sauté them for couple of minutes add the flour and cook. Cooking the flour is better than making slurry it’ll prevent the sauce from thinning out within few minutes or hour
- Gradually start adding the stock while whisking till the sauce thickens. Taste and adjust the seasoning and the spices whisk again. Add the cream and whisk the sauce again
- Add the meat balls and cook for few more minutes. Serve
