  5. Pour into a colander or basket to remove water.
  6. Blend and cook for an hour or till water dries up
  7. Pour in a pan/pot n boil till d water in d paste has evaporated. Now d quantity has reduced
  8. Add salt(this step is very important pls) this is your preservation if not ur tomatoes paste will go sour
  9. Keep stirring, if u do keep stirring and keep an eye ur rich tomato paste won’t burn.
  10. Now u can see dat d tomatoes is thick. we now have a solid paste. The water has evaporated.
  11. Pour inside ur sterilized glass jars and tighten d cover.
  12. Put back inside hot boiling water till all bottles are submerged inside the bottle. Making it seal proper n allow to boil over
  13. Bring out and allow to cool before u store.
  14. I put them in an empty cartoon and seal. Keep them in a cupboard till when I need dem
  15. Whenever u open a bottle pls make sure u use up or refrigerate it
