- Rinse the tatasi remove the white seeds and blend with fresh tomatoes and boil to reduce the water.
- Cut the chicken season and boil with thyme,curry,salt and onion.heat up vegetable oil and fry.
- Heat up vegetable oil in cooking pot and fry the boiled tatasi and tomato paste.slice in big rings and fry with it.
- When the paste is well fried add the chicken stock,salt,knorr cubes,curry,garlic paste and ginger powder then boil for 10-12minutes pour in the fried chicken and boil.
