  1. In a clean add water to boil. Then put the rice,parboil the rice for 20mnt,drain the water and keep aside.
  2. Add chopped carrot, beans,peas in a pot,put 1 tbsp of salt,then pour little amount of water, then put the parboiled rice,stir it,cover the pot and continue cooking with medium heat. Till done and set aside
  3. In medium pot,heat the oil and put the blended tomatoes, meat,pepper cover and cook for 15mnt
  4. Then add the baking powder, seasoning cubs,grinded ginger,and salt. Stir it well,continue cooking in a medium heat until oil is totally separeted from tomatoes
  5. Then add the chopped spring onion and allow it to steam for 5mnt
  6. Serve and enjoy veggie rice with stew. Yummy
