- Add chopped carrot, beans,peas in a pot,put 1 tbsp of salt,then pour little amount of water, then put the parboiled rice,stir it,cover the pot and continue cooking with medium heat. Till done and set aside
- In medium pot,heat the oil and put the blended tomatoes, meat,pepper cover and cook for 15mnt
- Then add the baking powder, seasoning cubs,grinded ginger,and salt. Stir it well,continue cooking in a medium heat until oil is totally separeted from tomatoes
- Then add the chopped spring onion and allow it to steam for 5mnt
- Serve and enjoy veggie rice with stew. Yummy
