Steps to make Kubza and tomatoes sauce:
- In a clean bowl with flour add salt,baking powder melted butter or g/but oil,little salt and mix well.
- If u are using liquid milk fyn,if its powdered milk, dilute it with water or u can use plain water if u do not have any of the milk.
- Start adding milk/water gradually and be mixing the dough gently - Till it form dough. - Do not make the dough too watery or too thick.let be like doughnut dough.
- Leave it to rest for 15-20mins. - After that use ur clean hand and mix it again.make a small small balls out of the dough and dust the board/chopping board with flour. - Place one ball and roll it out not too flat.,..after that use ur round sharp object to cut it round.
- When u are done with the flatting and round cutting,…place the pan on fire add oil when hot Fry the kubza till golden brown. Keep it aside or inside the food flask and cover it till u make the sauce.
- Wash and grate/chop the tomatoes,pepper, onion and keep aside. - Place the pan on fire, add little oil when hot add chopped onions stir it for 30s. - Add chopped/grated tomatoes and pepper stir all and spice it with ginger and garlic stir it and leave it for 2mins. - After that 2mins season it with salt and seasoning cube.
- And add the sardine leave it for 5-7mins on medium flame. - After that off the flame and the sauce is also ready. - Serve hot and enjoy*****.
