- Blend tomatoes, ata rodo,ginger,garlic together.
- Boil all the blended things till all the water drys.
- Then pour in groundnut oil and fry for 10mins..stir with a wooden spoon to avoid it burning.
- Pour in the chicken and add more water.
- Cover the pot and boil for 5mins then add the salt,Maggi,curry and seasoning.
- The stew is ready.
