Steps to make Milk balls (gullisuwa):
- In a clean dry bowl, add in p.milk
- Sugar
- Flour(why? Because the milk i used is so loose,and to get a chewy/bubble like milk ball)
- Whisk well
- Sprinkle water, little by little. Till a not to loose or to strong milk dough
- Grease palm with oil, then pinch out little at a time (i mean to your desired size of course)
- And roll into a ball
- Repeat and it’s ready to fry
- Fry with the lowest heat possible, and
